Refund Policy

At PSD Marketing, we strive to deliver the highest quality digital marketing services to our clients. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with industry standards. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. No Refund After Project Initiation

Once a project has been initiated and work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes cases where the client chooses to cancel after project commencement.

2. Refund Before Project Start

If the project has not yet started and no work has been performed, a refund will be provided as follows:

70% of the total project cost will be refunded.

30% of the total project cost will be deducted as administrative, consultation, and resource allocation charges.

3. Project Delay or Client Inactivity

If a project is delayed due to the client's unresponsiveness, incomplete submission of required materials, or lack of approvals, this will not be considered as grounds for a refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the same payment method used for the transaction.
